SDSUcard Pick Up Frequently Asked Questions

No appointment is needed to pick up an ID card. Please stop by our office anytime we are open to pick up your card.

 

We offer same day service during our non-peak season. Please stop by our counter at the University Bursar's office (formally called Student Account Services) in Student Services West 2536 to get your ID card. Replacement cards will be ready within 3-5 minutes.

  Undergraduate students who join the graduate program are not required to purchase a ‘graduate’ card. The undergraduate card will continue to work, the only difference is the title. A replacement ‘Graduate’ card can be purchased from our office.

No, one card is sufficient for the duration of your educational program. 

All old cards are permanently deactivated as soon as a new card is printed. If your most recent card is lost a replacement will need to be purchased.

Report card lost on GET (click on "I Lost My Card")
If you find your card, you can re-activate your card by clicking on "I Found My Card". If the missing card contains a funds balance, reporting your card lost will prevent others from using it.
If a replacement card is needed please come to our office.

Cards can be mailed, however we recommend that they are picked up in person at our office.

No, only the physical form of identification is accepted.

Expired IDs will not be accepted.

Other accepted forms of identificate are 1) government issued passport, 2) high schoold id with birth certificate, 3) military ID
